How to Order

Submit an Inquiry
Contact us via email or our online form with your product requirements — type of pellets or firewood, quantity, packaging preference, and destination port or address.
Receive a Quote
Our sales team will promptly provide a detailed quotation including product specifications, pricing, payment terms, and estimated delivery time.
Confirm Your Order
Once all details are agreed upon, you’ll receive a Proforma Invoice for confirmation. Production and shipment are scheduled immediately upon payment or as per contract terms.
Production & Quality Control
All products undergo strict quality inspection before loading to ensure they meet ENplus, DINplus, or customer-specific requirements.
Delivery & Tracking
We handle logistics and documentation to guarantee safe, on-time delivery. You’ll receive full shipping details, including transport tracking and customs documentation.

Delivery Options

We offer flexible and reliable shipping options depending on your location and order size:

🚛 By Road (Truck Delivery) – Ideal for customers within Europe. Fast and cost-effective for both bulk and palletized shipments.
🚢 By Sea (Container Shipping) – Perfect for international orders and large volumes. We ship via major ports in Ukraine and neighboring countries.
🚂 By Rail – Efficient for large industrial customers and distributors across Europe.

All shipments are carefully packed to maintain product quality during transport — pellets are usually delivered in 15kg bags, big bags (1000kg), or bulk loads, while firewood is supplied in nets, crates, or pallets depending on customer preference.

Lead Times

Standard orders: 5–10 business days for preparation and loading.
Customized packaging or large quantities: 2–3 weeks, depending on production schedule and transport availability.

Our logistics team constantly monitors border and port conditions to minimize delays and ensure reliable supply throughout the year.

Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment options based on order volume and client partnership:

Advance payment for first-time customers
Partial prepayment / balance on shipment for repeat clients

All transactions are handled securely in EUR or USD.
